Mr. Ward is the President and Chief Executive Office of Prime Alliance Bank. He has served as a director of the bank for over 14 years.
Prior to joining Prime Alliance Bank, Mr. Ward was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at The Color Run, which operated in over 60 countries. Preceding his time with The Color Run, Mr. Ward was with the Mrs. Fields Famous Brands organization for approximately 25 years. During his tenure there he held numerous positions, including, Chief Legal Officer, CEO, and President of International.
Mr. Ward received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law. He has served on numerous boards and is currently a member of the board for Signs.com.
Mr. Sellers is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Prime Alliance Bank.
Mr. Sellers worked for Grant Thornton, LLP prior to joining the Prime Alliance Bank Team, where he specialized in both corporate and international tax. He is a graduate of the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah where he earned both his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree. Currently, Mr. Sellers also serves as the Corporate Secretary and is the Chairman of the Bank's IT Steering Committee.
